Developing our Strategic Plan
Our 2025–2030 Strategic Plan was developed through collaboration with the Success Academy Board and community. Parent, student, and staff surveys provided valuable insights that helped shape our shared direction for the future. Over the course of the planning process, we analyzed school performance data, gathered stakeholder feedback, and reflected on our mission and vision to ensure our goals align with the needs of our students and families. This plan reflects our collective commitment to academic excellence, equity, and cultural belonging.
